Zur Vor- und Nachbereitung des Volksentscheides „Berlin 2030 klimaneutral“ müssen auch Mitarbeitende der Bürgerämter herangezogen werden.
Daher wird das Bürgeramt 1 (Neu-Hohenschönhausen) in der Zeit vom 21.11.2022 bis 06.04.2023 geschlossen.
Bereits vergebene Termine werden auf andere Bürgerämter umgebucht.
Die Ausgabe fertiggestellter Dokumente erfolgt in der genannten Zeit ausschließlich im Bürgeramt 4 (Alt-Hohenschönhausen), Große-Leege-Str. 103, 13055 Berlin.
Die anderen Lichtenberger Bürgerämter bleiben weiterhin unverändert geöffnet.
Hierfür können Termine im Internet online oder über das Bürgertelefon 115 gebucht werden.

Wir bitten die Kunden mit Termin um rechtzeitiges Erscheinen (ca. 5 Minuten vorher). Sie werden über Ihre Vorgangsnummer aufgerufen und können gleich im Warteraum Platz nehmen. Der Aufruf erfolgt optisch und mit Signalton über die Aufrufanlage.

Initial issuance of a residence permit for a foreign child
- born in Germany and
- where at least one parent holds a valid residence title

Ex officio - Issuance at a Citizens Registration Office (Bürgeramt)
The residence permit for the child can be issued by any Civil Office (Bürgeramt) in Berlin if the following requirements are met:
- Both parents (in the case of shared parental responsibility) or the parent with sole parental responsibility are in possession of a valid residence title when the child is born.
- The residence title (residence permit, EU Blue Card, settlement permit, EC long-term residence permit, right of residence or unlimited residence permit) of the parents or parent with sole parental responsibilitymust have been issued by the Berlin Immigration Office.
- The child has their own passport.

On application - Issuance at the Berlin Immigration Office
The residence permit for the child must be applied for at the Berlin Immigration Office if one of the following reasons applies: .
- Only one parent (in the case of joint parental responsibility) is in possession of a valid residence title when the child is born (see above).
- The child does not have their own passport, but is entered in a parent's passport.

The child must have been born in the Federal territory and registered in Berlin together with the parents or the parent with rights of custody.
