Grundsätzlich ist eine persönliche Vorsprache nur mit Termin möglich. Dies gilt auch für die Abholung beantragter Personaldokumente. Termine können Sie online über die Bürgeramtsstandorte oder über das Bürgertelefon 115 vereinbaren. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass eine Terminvergabe per E-Mail nicht möglich ist.

Nachgewiesene dringliche Angelegenheiten, sogenannte Notfallkunden, werden noch am Tag Ihrer Vorsprache in jedem Berliner Bürgeramt, verbunden mit einer Wartezeit, bearbeitet.

Allgemeine Informationen

• Ergänzend kann am Standort mit den Kreditkarten (credit/debit) VISA, V Pay, Mastercard und Maestro bezahlt werden.
• Es ist kein Fotoautomat vorhanden.
• Für manche Dienstleistungen ist kein Termin notwendig. Zahlreiche Dienstleistungen können Sie auch online oder schriftlich per Post erledigen.

Initial issuance of a residence permit for a foreign child

• born in Germany and
• where at least one parent holds a valid residence title

Voraussetzungen

• Birth in Germany
  
  The child must have been born in the Federal territory and registered in Berlin together with the parents or the parent with rights of custody.
• Ex officio - Issuance at a Citizens Registration Office (Bürgeramt)
  
  The residence permit for the child can be issued by any Civil Office (Bürgeramt) in Berlin if the following requirements are met:
  

  • Both parents (in the case of shared parental responsibility) or the parent with sole parental responsibility are in possession of a valid residence title when the child is born. (residence permit, EU Blue Card, permanent settlement permit, EU long-term residence permit).
  • The residence titles of the parents or parent with sole parental responsibility were issued in Berlin and are still valid for more than 6 months.
• On application - Issuance at the Berlin Immigration Office
  
  One of the above-mentioned requirements for issuing the certificate at a Berlin Civil Office is not met? The residence permit for the child must then be applied for at the Berlin Immigration Office (LEA). To make an appointment, please contact the relevant unit using the contact form.
• Personal appearance of a parent with custody by appointment

Gebühren

• In general: 50.00 euros
• For a child with Turkish citizenship: 22.80 euros
• Free of charge: when presenting current proof of receiving benefits according to SGB II, SGB XII or the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act

You can generally have this service carried out at any Berlin Civil Office (Bürgeramt), as long as the following requirements are met:
