Please note: By submitting your business registration, you have already fulfilled your obligation under Section 14 (1) of the Trade Regulation Act (GewO). The delay in processing will not result any disadvantages for you under commercial law.

Update zur Software-Umstellung bei den bezirklichen Gewerbeämtern

Nach einer Umstellung der Software zur Bearbeitung von gewerblichen Anzeigen und
Erlaubnissen kommt es aufgrund technischer Hindernisse weiterhin zu Verzögerungen in der
Bearbeitung von Vorgängen. Die zuständige Senatsverwaltung sowie das zuständige
Personal im Bezirksamt Neukölln arbeiten daran, schnellstmöglich den Normalbetrieb zu
ermöglichen.

Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit über das Bürgertelefon 030/90239-6699 und die
Bearbeitung von Meldungen, die über das Ordnungsamt Online eingehen, ist weiterhin
gesichert, jedoch können auch hier Einschränkungen in der Bearbeitung sichtbar werden.
