Weapons legislation – Applying for a representation permit for weapons trading/weapons manufacturing
If commercial weapons trading or weapons production is to be carried out by a representative, a separate representation permit must be applied for for this person. This is also the case if a person is instructed to manage a branch establishment or a dependent subsidiary.
With regard to its scope and validity, the representation permit is linked to the corresponding weapons trading or weapons production permit.
The same requirements must be met for a representation permit as for a weapons trading or weapons production permit.
