Bar Association - Registration in the list of mediators
The Berlin Bar Association offers its members the opportunity to register on the list of mediators, provided they have additional training as a mediator or certified mediator in addition to their qualification as a lawyer.
Prerequisites
- Existing admission to the bar

Additional training to become a mediator
The lawyer needs additional training to become a mediator. -
OR additional training to become a certified mediator
In addition, the certified mediator must still fulfil the requirements according to the Ordinance on the Training and Further Training of Certified Mediators under the Mediation Act.

An informal written application for registration shall be submitted. - Proof of additional training as a mediator
