Lawyer - Exercise of the profession of lawyer in the public service
The lawyer in public service may, on application, be permitted to practise the profession himself or herself or to appoint a representative.

A written informal application must be submitted.
Fees
26,00 EUR in the case of an application for the appointment of a representative pursuant to § 47 (1) BRAO.
