Weapons legislation - Opening/closing of a branch office or dependent branch office for weapons trading/weapons manufacturing
The competent authority must be notified within two weeks of the opening or closure of a branch office or dependent branch for the commercial manufacture and/or trade of weapons.
Prerequisites
- You have a valid weapons manufacturing license or weapons trading license.
- Deadline: 2 weeks

Notification of the opening/closure of a branch office or dependent branch office
The notification must be sent in writing by post, fax or e-mail. A form is not required. -
Details of the branch or dependent branch office
- Details of the business address
- Date of opening or closing
- Details of the arms manufacturing license or arms trading license already issued
- Copy of the business registration (if not already submitted)
